S. T. has experienced many instantaneous healing experiences through energy healing techniques throughout his recovery. Not everyone does, but S. T. has been unusually responsive to energy work.
I believe his success may be partially due to his loving wife, who sits beside him during our sessions, takes notes on his recovery progress, perceives his energy state, and supports his healing sessions (all three of us yawn and tear up a lot during our healing sessions).
Lately, we have been applying energy techniques to heal recurring symptoms of being overly medicated by Fluoxetine, even though S. T. has not taken the medication for about two months.
Initially, his symptoms were intense, but they have diminished in severity over time. However, every three days or so, he would feel increasingly lethargic, irritable, achy, powerless, and sensitive to light and sound. Additionally, he would start to crave sugar, such as ice cream.
Where was the Fluoxetine coming from? We believe the medication was slowly coming out of his multiple lipomas, which developed in number and size when he was prescribed 60 mg of Fluoxetine daily.
Because of his fatigue and sense of powerlessness, I focused on helping him improve his mitochondrial function during one of his sessions. After starting with Energy Breaths to connect to the idea of an infinite source of Life Energy, we began to set intentions to direct Life Energy to heal S. T.'s mitochondrial system (the recording of the energy intervention can be found below).
To our surprise and delight, after 10-15 minutes of focused intention and visualization, S. T. reported that he felt completely well. His energy normalized. His muscles stopped aching. His mood brightened. And his confidence returned.
Because his symptoms had resurfaced about three days after his helpful sessions, I suggested that when symptoms start to increase, he can refer to the helpful healing session. After connecting to Life Energy through Energy Breaths, he can set the intention that everything that was done to heal him in this effective session would be reapplied to support him.
The following week, S. T. reported that he followed my suggestion. He called it his "cut and paste" method. I'm changing it to the "copy and paste method" since the term describes the process more accurately. He said that when he felt fatigued, he would connect to Life Energy and set the intention that all the benefits of his last healing session for his mitochondrial function could be replicated--copied and pasted--to meet his present needs.
He reported that each time he did so, his energy returned, and he felt fully restored and ready to get back to work. It took "20 seconds" to clear his symptoms.
After our session, I suggested this "copy and paste" approach for my other patients when they had a good session. They could also connect to Life Energy and set the intention to "copy and paste" the benefits of their past healing session (whatever the focus of healing may have been targeting) to reinforce and support their present needs. Doing so would save time and could help maintain improved health and well-being.
I hope you'll give it a try and that it will help you too.
