Not just why, but How:
Advice on Improving Our Diet

Conversation with Dr. Cori Stern

Thursday, April 11 2024
Issue #230

I've gone to many conferences that deliver an avalanche of data about how to have the "perfect" diet. But so far, it hasn't helped me to really implement what I intellectually know to be helpful. Thank goodness for nutritional supplements . . .

There are so many issues that get in the way of a healthy diet. Most of us know the basics of healthy eating, we just lack the ability to live it. So, during my conversation with Dr. Cori Stern, I wanted to focus on both why a good diet is important as well as how to integrate new habits for eating well. We covered common resistances such as the meaning of food, cultural habits, a busy lifestyle, and other relevant issues.

Dr. Cori Stern delivered some great insights that I found tremendously helpful because they are practical and realistic. Listen to her share how she shifts people's nutritional choices towards greater mental health. I learned a lot from our conversation and was grateful for her wisdom and compassion in helping people overcome resistance to dietary improvements.

Listen to this podcast for the secret to successfully improving our dietary choices. I gained a valuable insight during our conversation that transformed my entire practice!

Have a beautiful spring week!

Later in life, upon re-realizing her childhood dreams of helping those who suffer heal naturally, she decided to become a chiropractor at 32 and graduated at 37. She now assists people all over the world with overcoming health challenges and advocating for their healthcare.
