A Revolutionary Approach to Medication Withdrawal

Recently, I've been connecting the dots between all that I've learned from my empirical understanding of withdrawal, and I've been applying energy medicine techniques in exciting new ways to simplify and support the withdrawal process.

Okay, I know that's what I've been doing all along for the past 17 years, but this time, it's really, freaking exciting!!!

Here is one person's experience tapering down from Lamictal (a mood stabilizer), Geodon (an antipsychotic), and Wellbutrin (an antidepressant), what we learned from her process, and what challenges we faced while doing so.

Preliminary results using energy medicine

Amy is a vibrant, beautiful person in her 40's who works at a busy, demanding job and has a supportive social life. She's done her research and takes the best supplements. She is the ultimate picture of living healthfully and well.

There's just one problem. She experienced a severe mental health crisis about 11 years ago, got diagnosed with Bipolar II disorder, and has been prescribed Lamictal and Wellbutrin ever since. About five years ago, Geodon was also added to her mix of medications. When we first started working together, she felt slightly overmedicated on these medications, but not disturbingly so.

Amy wanted to support her health further by lowering her medications (or by getting off of them completely, if at all possible). She wasn't in a hurry and didn't need any guarantees of success. She just wanted me to give it my best shot. So, we began working with that goal in mind, and have been doing so for the past 6 months.

The whole process has been going very well for Amy. She was able to lower Lamictal from 300 mg to 100 mg, Wellbutrin from 450 mg to 100 mg, and Geodon from 60 mg to 30 mg. All the while, she has been able to work, travel, and handle life's unexpected stressors.

During her last session with me, however, I had a blindingly amazing insight on how to apply EET + Logosynthesis to support the taper process for all medications. I explained my ideas to her and she was open and eager to give the energy approach a try. If the technique failed, we would have lost ten minutes. If it worked, we would have discovered a revolutionary secret to withdrawal that would make it affordable, easy, and effective for countless people who need it. At the end of her session, I checked her regimen and advised her to lower her Geodon by 5 mg, and she later reported that withdrawal went smoothly.

About a week later, Amy emailed me to share that she had been feeling sluggish and lethargic for the past three days. She asked if I would check her regimen to see if she needed to lower her medications again.

When I checked her regimen, using my usual energy testing techniques, I discovered that Amy indeed needed to lower all three of her medications at dosages and rates that far exceeded her typical rate and pattern. Normally, she would lower one medication at a time, and tapers occurred about every two weeks or so.

When I checked how her body was functioning on her medications, the results showed severe stress throughout her organs and glands; apparently from simply being overmedicated. It was a risk, but Amy lowered all three of her medications at once. After lowering them, she reported a slight moment of dizziness but has felt much better ever since. When I rechecked her functional values a couple of days later, they had all returned to healthy baseline values. What a learning process for the two of us!

I am still exploring and learning how to apply my new approach to make withdrawals much easier for future patients. There are still nuances that need to be ironed out, like timing and frequency of applying the technique, but I am excited about the possibility of being able to help patients lower their difficult medications in an efficient, effective, simple, and inexpensive manner.

I've posted the simple technique on my website under the EET + Logosynthesis section. Feel free to find out what it is under the list of "problems (number 2 on the list) that I've applied the technique on." I wish you luck using it as well. However, because the energy technique is based on an understanding of the healing paradigm as well as the principles and processes behind medication withdrawal, it may not work as well for those who do not understand the concepts behind the words.

Energy medicine is based on understanding truths (about energy and information) and using the mind to dictate and initiate the healing process. As Ernest Holmes wrote in The Science of Mind, "That which follows is evolution, or the unfoldment of the word, or concept, into objective existence." (p 38)

Just wanted to share my excitement for now. More to follow in future weekly updates!
