A Preliminary Peek at The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast!

As you can see from my use of an exclamation point, I am very excited about the launch of my new podcast called, The Holistic Psychiatrist. Marc Ronick, who has decades of experience creating podcasts, is supporting its production, and we've been putting our heads together to create something extraordinary.

Here's a preliminary peek at some of the material that we've already recorded and will be coming out on a weekly basis soon.

Have a wonderful week!

A Preliminary Peek at The Holistic Psychiatrist Podcast!

Topics and interviews to be launched soon!

The Holistic Psychiatrist podcast is going to show the impossible, the miraculous, and the exciting state of holistic psychiatry: what is currently possible and the patients who have succeeded and are ready to share their amazing healing journeys.

It is going to turn the world of conventional psychiatry upside down.

Why? Because it will illustrate through living evidence that:

  1. Mental illness is curable.

  2. An integrative approach using functional and energy medicine heals powerfully.

  3. Medications can be withdrawn safely.

  4. Patients can maintain mental health after withdrawing from their medications despite severe stressors.

You'll hear about antidepressant and antipsychotic withdrawal succinctly summarized to inform patients of the obstacles to their full recovery and how to overcome them. Share it with your loved ones, your clients, or your patients!

Peter will share how he got off Effexor XR and then survived surgery right afterward without relapsing into depression and anxiety.

Allyson will share how she navigated her withdrawal off an antipsychotic, anticonvulsant/mood stabilizer, and an antidepressant while she continued working a full-time job. She'll share how she handled stressors and continued to thrive.

Liz will share her life-long struggle with bipolar disorder and how she rebuilt her life through a holistic approach. She is now off her antipsychotic and mood stabilizer and feels better than she has ever felt before. She worked during the withdrawal process, got her dream job, and continued to excel in her job during the pandemic.

Monya will share how she helped her daughter get off an antipsychotic medication, how the medication affected her daughter's creativity, and how it came back after she was able to taper off the medication.

These are just a few of the topics that are already prepared before the launch date. Coming up are more interviews with authors who have important, cutting edge views on creating mental well-being.

The most exquisite piece of music was created just for the introduction section of the podcast by a mysterious musician whom Marc knew. The music was so beautiful that I cried many times as I listened to it.

We are working on the illustrations for the cover of the podcast now. It's going to be unique and amazing!

I can't wait to share it with you soon!
