This is a brief (2:17) recording that supports the release of negative energies and blockages. Don't be surprised if you find yourself yawning or tearing up. These reactions are sometimes a part of the clearing process. Enjoy!
Janine Shepherd shares what she learned when her body could no longer be her biggest strength, and she had to rely on her inner strength of will to overcome her limitations.
The Minimizing Withdrawal Problems Shortened Version is a one-minute meditation meant to support medication or illegal drug withdrawal problems. The “Life Energy” referred to, in this recording, is any energy that allows life to be whole, complete, healed, and optimally healthy, such as unconditional love, peace, joy, harmony, and truth. I don’t describe what Life Energy means in this recording, to save time. This recording was created for my patients who have difficulty concentrating and needed a shorter meditation to minimize their withdrawal problems. I ask them to listen to it daily. I hope you will enjoy it and that it will help you in your withdrawal process.
This meditation was created to support all phases of sleep. Just listen to it before you go to bed, to help you fall asleep more easily, and to support a healing, rejuvenating period of rest.

Energy Breaths is a guided visualization meditation technique that has provided broad benefits for my patients in my practice. Generally, after doing Energy Breaths, people report a greater sense of serenity and relaxation. It is helpful to do Energy Breaths twice per day, taking about 20 deep relaxed breaths each time. Please enjoy this free recording that explains how to do this simple energy medicine technique (2:58 min.), to support your journey towards optimal health and well-being.
If you have difficulty with concentration, this shortened version is only 56 seconds.
Please enjoy a free look at the notes for my presentation called, “The Spiritual Creation of Mental Health: A Holistic Psychiatrist’s Perspective”, given at the ACISTE third annual conference, on November 6-8, 2014. This presentation uses imagery and a fairytale, to stimulate involvement of the right brain, in understanding this topic.
Thanks for taking a look!
