The Minimizing Withdrawal Problems Shortened Version is a one-minute meditation meant to support medication or illegal drug withdrawal problems. The “Life Energy” referred to, in this recording, is any energy that allows life to be whole, complete, healed, and optimally healthy, such as unconditional love, peace, joy, harmony, and truth. I don’t describe what Life Energy means in this recording, to save time. This recording was created for my patients who have difficulty concentrating and needed a shorter meditation to minimize their withdrawal problems. I ask them to listen to it daily. I hope you will enjoy it and that it will help you in your withdrawal process.
This meditation was created to support all phases of sleep. Just listen to it before you go to bed, to help you fall asleep more easily, and to support a healing, rejuvenating period of rest.
