Energy Breaths is a guided visualization meditation technique that has provided broad benefits for my patients in my practice. Generally, after doing Energy Breaths, people report a greater sense of serenity and relaxation.  It is helpful to do Energy Breaths twice per day, taking about 20 deep relaxed breaths each time. Dr. Rachael Sand, a clinical health psychologist, discusses with her guest, Dr. Alice Lee, how the use of nutritional healing and energy medicine techniques can free people from a dependency on medications. Dr. Alice Lee is a traditionally trained psychiatrist who has expanded her practice to include the integration of orthomolecular psychiatry (nutritional supplementation) and energy medicine.
